The Triton measured current velocities, pressure, and backscatter amplitude. The CRAB occupied numerous stations near the break point in the surf zone on each field day. Stations were typically occupied for 30 minutes. Data were sampled at 2 Hz for the first ~ 52 minutes of each hour while the CRAB was in the water.
